Nature-Based Leadership Training Alumni Retreat

Trentham, Central Vic

October 9-11

Dear NBLT Alumni,

We are pleased to be finally inviting you all to an NBLT Alumni Spring weekend, a time to reconnect with the practices, philosophy and spirit of Nature Based Leadership.

Too often the connective juice that we experience during the NBLT can dilute without regularity. The NBLT team of Sieta, Dan and myself have heard the feedback of ‘more please’. And while the second year program is still cooking in the cauldron, we hope this weekend will be the beginning of a more extended program of NBLT deepening.

Across the five cohort years of NBLT we will gather over a weekend and again dive into a mix of hands of head, heart and hands practices. In particular these will likely be on offer:

  • Wildcrafting, weaving and fire-by-friction (troubleshoot and practice your skills!)

  • Making a bush chair and paracord nets with Yonke

  • Sacred Council

  • Sweat Lodge

  • Natural parkour and Ancestral Movement with Damien

  • Work that Reconnects processes

  • Visioning for NBLT Alumni future

  • Soulcentric Solo wanders
